Suitability for Eyelash Extensions<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We reserve the right to decline treatment of a client who we seem to be unsuitable for eyelash extensions at the time of your appointment, primarily to prioritize client\u2019s safety. This is an extremely rare and unforeseen occurrence.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Please do not request an appointment if any of the following is applicable:<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

  1. An eye infection, style, injury, abrasion or swelling is present or has been present in the previous 30 days.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. You are suffering from severe hay fever, cold or flu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You are currently wearing eyelash extensions from another provider and they are (incorrectly) attached to the skin. We are unable to safely remove them until they have detached naturally.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. You have experienced a previous allergic reaction. Allergic reactions increase with severity every time the immune system is exposed to the irritant.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. You are pregnant or breastfeeding.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. You have very sensitive eyes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. You have allergies to any type of adhesive.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. You have very damaged natural eyelashes or balding.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. You have had permanent makeup\/tattooing to the eye area in the past 6 weeks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. You have undergone eye surgery in the last 6 weeks. In addition, we also request you confirm with your doctor you are safe for application.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. You suffer from eczema in the eye area\/ face.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Eyelash perming in the last two months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    Before Application<\/h3>\n\t\t

    1. Always arrive at your appointment without eye make up.<\/strong> This is very important as it means your lash extensions will be dry and the best bond can be achieved.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Never use mascara on the day of your appointment.<\/strong> If you\u2019re removing eyeshadow or eyeliner after work, really focus on your eyelash roots! If any trace of mascara or oil remover remains on the eyelash when you arrive at your appointment, your new extensions won\u2019t last past two weeks.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Ideally you should thoroughly cleanse your natural lashes the night or morning before your eyelash extensions are applied.<\/strong> We can only use a water-based cleanser that is specifically designed to prepare the natural lash for application and it unfortunately does not remove mascara.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Please wash your hair prior to your appointment if needed.<\/strong> You won\u2019t be able to get your lashes wet for 24 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Please reschedule any exercise plans for 24 hours after your appointment.<\/strong> Sweat through exercise will compromise the adhesive and lash application.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. If you wear contact lenses, please bring with you the lens case to our shop.<\/strong> It is advisable not to apply your contact lenses after your appointment.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. No companion (including children) is allowed to enter the service room or area during the extension process.<\/strong> We appreciate your cooperation to maintain the high concentration of your eyelash specialist so you can receive the best service possible.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. As the treatment may last for 60-80 minutes,<\/strong> we recommend wearing comfortable clothing as it will allow you to be fully relaxed during your lash extension treatment. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

      We strive for our eyelash extensions to be among the longest lasting in the market. The majority of our client\u2019s see us every 4 -5 weeks for rebalance appointments.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
